Return conditions are divided into three sections
1- Return without reason if the customer does not like the product,
To be eligible for a return, The product to be returned must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The customer can return the product if he does not like it, even if there is no reason for the return, under certain conditions, namely:
A- The return request must be submitted within a period not exceeding 48 hours from the time the order was received
B- The product must be unused and in the same condition as it was received
C- The product must be in its packaging without any damage to the packaging or the product
D- 15 riyals will be deducted from the refund amount, which is the service of reaching the customer’s place, returning the amount to him, and taking the returned product
If a return request is received within the specified time, the delivery representative will be sent to the customer within a maximum of two days.
2- Return if there is damage or breakage in the product, or if the product is not similar to the description on the product page
To be eligible for a return, The product to be returned must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
The customer can submit a request to return or replace the product in the event that the product is damaged, or does not match the specifications mentioned on the product display page in the store, and this will be within a maximum period of 48 hours from the time of receiving the product,
In the event that a request is submitted to return a damaged product within the specified period, We will contact the customer Then the delivery representative will be sent to retrieve or replace the product within a maximum period of two days
The full amount, including delivery fees, will be refunded if there is no other product that was purchased with the returned product.
3- Return if the product is damaged within the warranty period specified on the product display page in the store (some products are not covered by any warranty)
Customer can request Retrieving the product if it is damaged before the end of the warranty period specified on the product display page on the product display page, provided that the product has been used within the usage guide attached to the product and that the product has not been subjected to misuse (products that are damaged in water will not be accepted in when exposed to water)
